Distance Sales Agreement

BUYER: The consumer whose identity and contact details are collected during the order.

This contract governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of training and CV package services purchased electronically by the BUYER through peoployed.com, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

The name, scope and total price (VAT included) of the service subject to the order are shown on the order page and in the order confirmation e-mail. Trainings are offered live or recorded; the scope of CV packages is stated on the order page.

Payment is made by bank transfer/EFT to the bank account shown on the order page. The order reference code must be entered in the transfer description. The payment receipt is uploaded from the order page in your account; once the payment is verified, the order is confirmed and access to the service is granted.

Services are performed in digital form. Access is assigned to your account following payment verification. For live trainings, the session schedule and attendance details are announced via your account and by e-mail.

The BUYER has the right of withdrawal within 14 days of payment confirmation. However, under Article 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed immediately in electronic form or for intangible goods delivered to the consumer immediately. Recorded trainings and digital content whose access opens instantly fall within this exception. For live trainings whose performance has not yet begun, and for unused CV packages, the 14-day right of withdrawal remains available.

You may send your withdrawal notice to info@peoployed.com. For valid withdrawal requests, the payment is refunded within 14 days at the latest from receipt of the notice.

For disputes arising from this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the BUYER's place of residence are competent within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade; beyond those limits, Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.

By confirming the order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this contract. The contract enters into force upon order confirmation.
