Peoployed operates under a licence issued by the Turkish Employment Agency (T.İŞ.K.). Under Law No. 4904, no fee may be charged to job seekers under any name.

This notice has been prepared by Peoployed, in its capacity as data controller, under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), to inform you about the personal data processed within the services provided through peoployed.com.

Depending on how you use our services, the following categories of data may be processed: - Identity and contact data: full name, e-mail address, phone number - Account data: password (stored only in irreversibly hashed form), account status, language preference - Candidate data: résumé (CV) content, education and work experience details, listings you applied to - Employer data: company name, sector, employee-count range, website address - Transaction and financial data: order details, payment receipt images, transaction references - Transaction security data: IP address, session and security records - Marketing data: your newsletter subscription and communication preferences - CV analysis data: where you use the CV analysis tool, the text of the CV you upload and the analysis results

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes: - Creating accounts, managing sessions and delivering the services - Running training and CV package sales, tracking payment status and granting access - Receiving job applications and matching candidates with employers - Responding to corporate solution and demo requests - Sending newsletters (only with your explicit consent) - Performing CV analysis (only where you use the tool and give your approval) - Fulfilling legal obligations and ensuring service security

Your personal data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK on the grounds that processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c), necessary for compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç) and necessary for legitimate interests (Art. 5/2-f); where a newsletter is sent or data is transferred abroad, processing is based on your explicit consent (Art. 5/1).

Your personal data is collected electronically through the forms on our website, the membership and ordering flows, CV upload fields, cookies and server security records.

To the extent required by the service and within the framework of Articles 8-9 of the KVKK, your data may be transferred to: - Server hosting and e-mail delivery infrastructure providers, - Business partners from whom we receive training and technology services, - Authorised public authorities (where required by legislation), - Where you use the CV analysis tool, a foreign-based artificial intelligence service provider, for the purpose of performing the analysis.

Transfers abroad take place only at the moment of analysis, limited to the purpose of that analysis, and based on your explicit consent.

• ✓Account data: for as long as your account remains active, and after a deletion request, for the maximum period required by legislation
• ✓CV and application data: up to 1 year for evaluation purposes
• ✓Financial and payment records: 10 years as required by applicable legislation
• ✓Security records: up to 1 year
• ✓Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad; request rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data; request erasure or destruction; request notification of such actions to third parties to whom the data was transferred; object to results arising against you through analysis exclusively by automated systems; and request compensation for damage suffered due to unlawful processing.

You may send requests regarding the rights above to info@peoployed.com. Applications are answered free of charge, within 30 days at the latest, depending on their nature.
